Dr. Ashley Ann DeBoer
A few words about your chiropractor...

Education
My chiropractic education was both rigorous and rewarding. I attended four years of chiropractic college, which begun shortly after obtaining a bachelors degree in human biology. The first two years of chiropractic college are similar to most medical school curriculum (basic science classes) then the last two years focused on my adjusting skills, clinical knowledge and patient care. A proper adjustment can realign your spine and this can help you to achieve your optimum health potential.

Bachelor of Science in Human Biology - Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles, CA
   - Graduated Cum Laude Doctorate of Chiropractic - Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles, CA
    - Graduate Cum Laude Certificate in Cranial Spinal Integration

Techniques
The techniques I practice are those that are both gentle and effective. I use a mix of activator technique and manual adjustments to help give you individualized care.

Activator Technique

  • This technique involves the use of an adjusting instrument called the "activator"
  • It is a gentle, low-force chiropractic adjustment
  • Diversified technique

  • Manual adjustments of the vertebra by the use of the doctors hands
  • Personal Profile
My husband Josh and I moved to Southern California in 2004 from South Dakota. We truly enjoy all the outdoor activities that Southern California has to offer, from lounging at the beach to snowboarding in the local mountains. I have a strong belief in being active in my local community and am excited to be a part of Lake Elsinore Chiropractic.
